One of my photographs, submitted by Pauline Parry of Good Gracious! Event Planning, was chosen for this months cover of Cater Source Magazine, a magazine that provides business and culinary education for all types and sizes of companies that offer catering to their customers-including on and off-premise caterers, banquet facilities, restaurant and club facilities, contract non-commercial caterers, and other foodservice professionals.  As soon as my copy arrives, I will post the photograph!  Pauline and I worked a beautiful wedding at the Adamson House together and the uniqueness of this cake is that it was made of champagne jello!
