Thank you for considering me to capture your special memories! You are important to me and I hold you and your vision for photography in high regard. I work hard to make everything is as simple and straightforward as I can so you have all the information you need at your fingertips. HOW TO GET PRICING INFORMATION:
Pop me an email, this is the easiest way to receive pricing information. You may also text me to receive pricing information, sometimes this is faster when I am traveling. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. I do work and travel a lot so it may take this long for me to respond to you.
BOOKING PROCESS FOR COMMERCIAL SHOOTS:
For commercial shoots, after the initial inquiry, depending on the nature of your business needs, I will discuss and create with you a custom day rate or a specialized hourly rate depending on your immediate needs. Deposit required will be dependent on the nature of the photography services. An electronic invoice will be emailed to you the day of booking, full and final payment due the day services rendered.
BOOKING PROCESS FOR FAMILY SESSIONS, WEDDINGS, EVENTS, NEWBORNS, SENIORS, GRADUATIONS AND MORE:
After your initial inquiry and review of my pricing information, if you decide we are a good fit (yay!), please let me know as soon as you are able (I book up quite quickly). I will email a contract to be filled out that goes over all the details of the booked session or event. There will be a deposit required to hold the date and the remaining amount is due on the day of the session or event. I try to keep it simple and easy for you, but if you have questions along the way, I am here to help!
I WANT TO BOOK!
Once you receive my pricing information and decide you want to work with me (yay!!), please email or call me so we can confirm my availability for booking you on your requested date. I do book up very quickly most of the year, so if you know your date, please include this on your initial inquiry.
I will email a contract and send an electronic invoice for the deposit amount due to hold your date (this information is in the contract). Once you fill out the contract, pay the deposit and get all the paperwork to me, you are BOOKED!
You may scan, and email your contract or use regular mail to return your contract to me. Your deposit is payable online through your invoice. If you prefer a check, all checks are payable to Jennifer Carrillo Photography.
Please note for photo sessions, I book up extremely fast, especially August through December and April through June (holiday and graduation season).

WHEN IS MY FINAL BALANCE DUE?
Your final balance due for photo sessions will be the day of your photo session. If this is a wedding, your final balance is due two weeks prior to your wedding (standard wedding photographer requirement).
