Here’s wishing everyone a very happy, blessed, joyful, full of love and lots of success kind of year.  2015 was one of the hardest years of my life and from these challenges I learned so much about myself.  Last year was about growing (albeit a very painful process) and learning the depths of my strengths and what I was truly made of.  I am so glad to be stepping out of 2015 and into 2016.  As hard as last year was for me, it will probably be the year I look back on with the most gratitude.  I know that sounds strange, but if last year had not gone down the way that it did, I would not have found me-truly found me-and learned how strong I am, how capable and how loved and blessed I am.  Through tragedy and loss I found love, courage and strength with an unwavering faith that what was happening to me was for a greater good (this was so hard sometimes).  I never would have thought this would be my journey, but it was, it is.  I look forward to 2016 with so much joy and excitement because I just know it is going to be great!  Like my best-est of friends always says, “I don’t know what is coming, but I know it is going to be great.”  I believe with 100% certainty she is correct.  She has been one of my rocks through all of this.  I could not be more grateful for a friendship such as hers.  2016 is going to be amazing. It is going to be the first of many more amazing years to come.  I finally feel I have come home to myself and I love what I have found and cannot wait to discover more! I welcome 2016 with gratitude for my life, the love of my family and friends, my wonderful and supportive clients, and the many blessings surrounding me each and every day.  Happy Happy New Year!  Make it a great one!

Now, on to blogging the plethora of photo sessions I have been doing since September!  I am about 60 shoots behind, but I will do my best to catch up in between all the upcoming shoots!  Love my job!!! It is the best!
