Weddings: Amanda and Taylor

I have known Amanda since she was a little girl.  It was such a pleasure to photograph her wedding day which was on her birthday!   She and Taylor are high school sweethearts and were finally able to tie the knot in a beautiful and simple ceremony in late December at the home her mother grew up in in Thousand Oaks. It was a freezing cold day, but we had so much fun, and she was a trooper in her short sleeved dress!  Here are some of my favorite shots….Congratulations Amanda and Taylor!

I love this shot of both girls looking at the wedding dress standing under the sign!  This was so hilarious and so unplanned!

Amanda’s mom, Camille, a beautiful, vibrant, happy and wonderful person, passed away about 5 years ago.  She was definitely present in spirit at the wedding, and Amanda took a photo with this beautiful photo of she and her mother.
