MEET JENNIFER
Jennifer is an established photographer with a passion for capturing candid, sincere, and authentic moments that happen in life. She began her photography business as Bella Rosa Photography in 1999, shooting film for years before transitioning over to digital photography in 2006. In 2016, she rebranded her business, bringing Jennifer Carrillo Photography to life.

Jennifer’s style is simple, organic and fun with an artistic flair. She believes there is a beautiful and innate chemistry between people and in life that she strives to capture naturally, as it unfolds. She loves using natural, available light as much as possible for both outdoor and indoor photoshoots, augmenting with studio lights as needed.

In addition to being a professional photographer, Jennifer is a single mother to three incredible children who are her everything.  She also holds a Masters degree in Forensic Psychology and has spoken on behalf of Operation Underground Railroad, helping to raise awareness of the danger, enormity, and negative impacts of human trafficking.

On her time off, Jennifer enjoys long hikes, pilates, reading, working on her book, “Grief to Grace”, watching movies with her children, time on the coastline, and traveling. She is an avid hiker with a deep love for nature, enjoying exploring new places and photographing the landscapes.

Jennifer’s experience is vast, having photographed hundreds of weddings, families, events, births, celebrities, done much commercial work, and so much more. She is a member of Professional Photographers of America (PPA).
