This was one of my favorite pregnancy sessions this past year. Such a kind and beautiful couple expecting their first son (will post his images next!). The weather was perfect and the setting amazing as always! I am finding I am really enjoying balancing the darkness and the light in a much different way then I have in the past. I feel more drawn to darker imagery with beautiful sprays of light. It is fun to go over past images and re-edit them to my vision today. As an artist, I am always pushing the boundaries and trying to see (and feel) beyond what is in front of me. I want to capture the actual moment, feel it when I look at my imagery, evoke others to feel and being present enough to do that is so important to me. I enjoyed this getting to know this couple. I am always grateful when people choose me to capture such important one of a kind type of moments for them, it means quite a bit! Here are a few images from this fantastic session!
